MANAGED SERVICES

Fully Managed Services with Server, Network and User Support. IT Department Outsourcing or Staffing options are available. Discounts based on volume.

Recommended for customers with multiple location or a large user base.

Plan Includes:

  • Scheduled maintenance and monitoring for critical network and server equipment
  • Weekly backup monitoring and patch maintenance for servers
  • Monthly server and security audits
  • Remote user and after-hours support




SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WITH ON-CALL SUPPORT

This plan includes monthly and quarterly maintenance, plans starting at 5 hours per month with a 20% discount off retail rates.

Recommended for customers with 10 or more workstations and 1 or more servers.

Plan Includes:

  • Monthly backup monitoring, and patch maintenance for servers
  • Quarterly security and server audits




ON-CALL / AS NEEDED SUPPORT

Customers who manage their own minor technical issues, or who have smaller network and technology needs often choose this option.

Recommended for customers who do not require regular monthly maintenance or for customers with less than 10 workstations.
